We ship USPS daily. Orders usually ship the next business day, but can take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email once your package is ready to ship out with tracking number and delivery information.
We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Incorrect shipping information can lead to delays in delivery time as well as lost, misplaced and incorrectly delivered shipments.
We are not responsible for packages not delivered, delivered to an incorrect address, or returned to sender. Please verify that your postal address is correct at checkout.

When purchasing, your payment is made immediately to ensure that you are in line to receive the item. Once ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking info. An estimated shipping date is stated in the product description. If you are ordering other in-stock items too, they will ship immediately.
